If you are young, attractive, and able to entertain a crowd, you might have all the skills you need to get a good agent. Pay attention to open casting calls, and don't be afraid to take bit parts. Even becoming a backup singer can be the first step on the road to a lucrative musical career.  Just don't count on making it on your looks alone. It always makes sense to build your skills, especially since you will only be in your 20s for so long. A musical career can last a lifetime, but you have to learn quite a bit about music.
